Payments

We accept Paypal. Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region. We do not accept cash on delivery.

Returns

The best way to change your order is to contact our support or simply give us a call during our business hours. If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.

Shipping

Most orders take 10-15 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

The region list contains all regions where we can provide delivery services. If there is no option for your region in the region options, please contact us separately.

Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact our support and we can assist you with the next steps.
Chances of receiving defective item is very rare but it could happen. Please take pictures of a product which shows defect clearly & contact our support to check if it's eligible for replacement.

Orders ship via UPS,USPS and other carriers available.Tracking numbers will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Maintenance

*The best way to keep a knife clean is to wipe it down after every use,but for the less-diligent, periodic cleanings will suffice.
*Q-tip,toothbrush,and toothpicks are particularly good at removing grime,paying particular attention to the pivot and handle.
*Use warm water and mild dish soap to thoroughly wash the knife,please keep the knife dry with a rag or better tools.
*Once it's clean and dry,it's suggested to maintain the blade by wiping some Anti Rust Oil ​

We recommend you  could contact your nearby dealer because some may offer a sharpening service or they may know a reputable sharpening service locally.
